DELIVERIES TO BUSINESS/ OFFICES
In many companies and facilities with restricted access, we are usually required to leave the balloons with a receptionist. We will attempt to leave a message with the recipient advising that a delivery has been made and is ready for pick-up. Once the balloons have been delivered to the receptionist, we consider the delivery accomplished. If we are not able to deliver the bouquet we can arrange another delivery for an extra charge. Delivery fee is non-refundable.
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES
We will make phone contact with the recipient or someone at the residence prior to delivery in order coordinate a delivery time, ensuring that someone will be home to accept the order. This call may be made as early as 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. If no one answers, we will leave a call back number. We will not proceed until contact is made, which can result in the delivery being made later than scheduled. We will make every effort to be discrete in our effort to coordinate a delivery time; however, customers are forewarned that this process does pose a risk of exposing an intended surprise.
HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
We deliver at Duke University Hospital, Durham Regional Hospital, Wake Med, UNC Hospital. among others. Some hospitals are starting to ban latex balloons due to latex allergy liability issues. Most hospitals do allow Mylar balloons and bubble balloons. Even we haven’t had this problem at the hospitals we deliver; this could happen depending on the hospital area. However, in some cases, a patient may not be able to receive balloons at all. Please contact the hospital prior to ordering a bouquet and ask if the hospital will allow latex balloons, Mylar or bubble balloons to be delivered.
SCHOOL DELIVERIES
Many schools have restrictions on balloon deliveries. Please contact the respective institution for approval, prior to ordering. If balloons are allowed, we will only deliver the balloons to the main office. Once the balloons have been delivered to the main office, we consider the delivery accomplished. If we are not able to deliver the bouquet you can arrange other delivery for an extra charge. Delivery fee is non-refundable.
HOTEL DELIVERIES
For security reasons, we are unable to deliver balloons directly to the room of a guest. All hotel deliveries for guests are left with the concierge, the front desk, or the loading dock, depending on the hotel’s policy. Once the balloons have been delivered to one of these locations, we consider the delivery accomplished. Customers sending balloons to hotel guests are encouraged to contact the hotel to confirm that the balloons have been transferred to the guest by the hotel staff.
14. Can I come in to pick-up my order?
We don’t allow pick up for balloon work. Most orders and designs are too large to fit into standard vehicles to have clients transport themselves. Also, some designs require set-up on-site. 22. How long will my balloons last?
We treat all our balloons to retain the helium longer and look shine longer. When indoors 11” latex balloons generally last between 8‐10 hours filled with helium, and about 3‐5 days when treated. The size of the balloon is important to determine how long the balloon will last. The bigger the balloon the longer will last. The 11” is the standard balloon size but remember we have balloons from 5” to 8 ft. If you want to know how long you balloons will last contact us.
Foil balloons last approx. 5‐7 days. Air‐filled balloons generally last for a couple of weeks, but will not float. Even we treat all our balloons, we cannot guarantee how long balloons will last outdoors.
23. How do you treat your balloons?
We use two different protective products to make long lasting balloons. One to retain the helium, this is a liquid protective coating that is inserted into the balloon and spread around to retain the helium longer. It is water‐soluble and non‐toxic. The other one protects balloons against dulling effect of oxidation and keeps that sparkling “new look” longer.
24. Can you do them the day before?
Yes, we always treat our balloons. We can deliver balloons a day before. However they should have some extra care and keep them out of people can mess with them. We’ll give you the care instructions for they look greatnext day.
25. Can I rent a helium tank and blow up the balloons myself?
Unfortunately. We no longer rent helium tanks due a shortage of helium

No we don’t release foil balloons and we dont sell foil balloons for release. The product is a synthetic, metalized plastic/nylon material which is recyclable, but not biodegradable. Consequently, foil balloons are never used in a release.
30.Can you release Latex Balloons?
We no longer sell latex balloons for releases even we use 100% biodegradable latex balloons. We can offer you other options.
31. How do balloons affect the environment?
Our latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. Latex balloons are produced from rubber trees. Latex is harvested without harming the tree by using an environmentally safe, age old process similar to that used for collecting from maple trees for syrup. Because of rubber’s versatility and demand, these tropical rain forest trees are very valuable, highly coveted-and well-preserved natural resources. These precious trees play an equally valuable ecological role in the fragile ecological balance by removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere which helps prevent global warming.
32. Can you put a gift/present inside a balloon?
Yes, contacts us to know the size of your gift/present and we can give you prizes and ideas for the surprise balloon. We can put the balloon. Clothes, stuffed animals, money and even sodas or beer.
33. Do you have Balloon care tips?
These are simple tips to keep your balloon as long as possible:
- Keep your balloons away from pointy or sharp edges.
- Balloons expand in hot weather, so don’t leave them in a hot car, they will explode.
- In cold weather, balloons contract and appear under inflated. Once they’re brought in from the cold, they’ll fill out.
- If balloons get rained on and start to droop, don’t worry. Shake them off; they’ll float again when dry.
- We use latex balloons made from 100% biodegradable, natural rubber. We always treat our latex balloons so they’ll float up to 10 times longer.
- Foil balloons will float for 5-14 days, depending on the size. Although foil balloons are not biodegradable, they are reusable.
- Foil balloons can conduct electricity if they come into contact with power lines. Make sure your foil balloons are always attached to a weight, and never release Mylar balloons.
- To make balloons float, they’re filled with helium, a non-toxic, non-flammable gas that’s safe for the environment.
- Don’t inhale the helium because it takes the place of the oxygen in your lungs, so you can’t get the oxygen you need.
- Always supervise young children, and don’t allow them to play with deflated balloons.
- Properly dispose of balloons. Cut balloons with scissors directly above the knot or sealing point and immediately place in trash containers.
